Didi Davis, owner of Salt Traders, will be here to answer all your questions about cooking and finishing with different gourmet salts. Salt Traders is based in Ipwsich, and procures gourmet salts and salt blends from around the world, including the Himalayas, the Mediterranean, Alaska, Canada, and much more!
Lisa Griffiths of That Nutty Redhead will also be joining us, bringing along samples of her all natural home made European style praline nuts. These snacks are made by hand, in small batches, in Rockport.
Also joining us will be Elvine Weijnschenk, who makes the Dutch treat Bitterballen. Bitterballen are a deep fried seasoned meatball, popularly served as snacks to go along with drinks, and the pub or in various other settings.
