To reserve your date we require a 50% deposit.

A rough guest count is needed 21 days prior to your event.

Your guarantee guest count is due 7 business days prior to your event.

The balance of your bill is due at the beginning of the event.

All payments must be made by cash, personal check, credit card or cashiers check payable to Karls Sausage Kitchen.

All deposits are non-refundable.


Reservation and Guarantee                                                                                                 

Your event is confirmed upon written confirmation of a menu and a credit card deposit.   A final guaranteed guest count is required seven (7) business days prior to the event date.  The guaranteed number is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged and the number that we will order supplies and food for.  Should you need to increase your guarantee, we will make every effort to accommodate you.


All deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations within 7 business days of the scheduled event date will be charged in full.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will be also added to the total bill.


Karls Sausage Kitchen will not be liable for any loss or damages prior to, during or following an event. The host assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at the event and for any damage incurred by persons as a result of the event.
