Karl's is well known in New England for authentic, high quality sausages. We make all of our sausages in small batches of 30 to 100 pounds. Our minimum game order is 30 pounds of sausage. You can select from our typical sausages listed to the right, or we can work with you and any recipe to make the sausage of your dreams.

Don't forget we have our own smokehouse on site!

We work with frozen venison and game roasts (no need to pre-grind). You kill it, dress it and freeze it - no bones or bullets please. Call Karl's to schedule a processing date in January, February or March. Drop off the frozen game, then a week later pick up your sausage.

Our wild game customers provide us with the wild game and we use that game to make our famous sausages for their personal enjoyment.  Karl's Sausage Kitchen strictly adheres to Massachusetts state law, as well as the laws of other states where the game may have been harvested.

We do not field-dress any game, nor do we field-dress or pluck fowl.
